TL;DR: Failed video? Auto-refund. Unhappy with purchase < 30 days & used < 50% credits? Full money-back. Just email us.
1. Automatic credit refunds (instant)
Credits are refunded automatically in these cases:
- The AI provider rejects the job (invalid input, content filter)
- The video render fails on the provider side
- A job is stuck pending for more than 30 minutes
You'll see the refund in your credit balance immediately. No action needed.
2. Money-back guarantee (30 days)
If you bought a credit pack and want a full refund:
- Eligibility: within 30 days of purchase, used less than 50% of credits.
- How: email support@wavedance.app with your order email and receipt.
- Timeline: we process within 3 business days; Stripe takes 5-10 days to credit your card.
3. Manual review cases
If you used > 50% credits but believe the service didn't deliver value, contact support — we review case-by-case.
4. Non-refundable
- Successfully completed videos that you simply don't like (we recommend regenerating with different prompts).
- Accounts banned for terms violations.
- Chargebacks filed without contacting support first — we will dispute these.
5. How to request
Send an email to support@wavedance.app with:
- Your account email
- Stripe receipt or order ID
- Reason for refund
We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
6. Disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We resolve 95%+ of issues directly. Unresolved? Email disputes@wavedance.app.
