• Uploaded photos and videos — to render your motion control output.
• Payment info — handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
• Usage data — page views, feature usage, IP address (for abuse prevention and analytics).

How we use it

• Process video generation jobs.
• Bill you for purchases.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets).
• Improve service performance and fix bugs.
• Detect and prevent fraud / abuse.

Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Trạm Sáng Tạo — AI video generation provider (uploads forwarded for processing).
• Google Analytics / Facebook Pixel — anonymous usage analytics (if enabled).
• Email provider (e.g. Resend, SendGrid) — transactional email delivery.

Your data, your control

• You can request deletion of your account and data anytime — email support@wavedance.app.
• Uploaded videos are auto-deleted from our servers after 30 days unless you save them.
• Output URLs are publicly accessible by URL but not indexed.

Cookies

We use a minimal session cookie for login. Analytics cookies (if you accept) help us understand traffic. You can opt out via browser settings.

GDPR (EU users)

You have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your data. Email us to exercise these rights. Our lawful basis: contract performance + legitimate interest in fraud prevention.

CCPA (California users)

We do not sell personal information. You can request what we know about you and delete it.

Children

Service is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
